*People are an organization's greatest asset: "Build the people and people will build the organization".
*Organizations want their people to be ready to start upon employment; having to train them is time consuming and costly especially in the soft skills.
*At the same time, organizations want to be sure their employees are truly asset and not liability; they have the knowledge and eyes to screen the people.
*Are you a bland or potential person? How will the other know?

3. Excellent - when you can get things done exceed the requirement
4. Extraordinary - when you can get things done exceed the requirement + different from others[always thinks out of the box]
How to Apply in Work?
1. Try our best to accomplish the task given by putting some initiative if we don't know what to do such as asking for help from superior/experienced person, do some research
2. Communicate well with others in the organization so that we can avoid/minimize any misunderstanding
3. Do not be too serious in the workplace until other people feel like they can't go well with us; talk to people in good way+good manner, share knowledge with them and have fun
4. In order to get things done perfect, we must organize and do well planning as well as manage the time given effectively so that we can finish the task on time
5. Add quality to performance by becoming more concern to the environment around and applying creativity in every task
The pre-requisite of Kesenangan is Kesusahan. You must have heart to do willingly.
