Bismillah..dalam usaha untuk kembali istiqamah menulis membebel menaip, so sekarang akan cuba update cerita setiap hari, inshaaAllah :)

Hari ni attend training kat opis Subang. Managing Conflict in Projects.

Apa yang saya dapat daripada sesi hari ialah: the key idea on managing conflict in projects are by FACILITATION and COLLABORATION

Why are you doing this project? Be clear with your scope of the project (Vision, Mission, Core Values) by getting the term as accurate as possible. Define your scope! - deliverable

Intimacy in managing conflict; know yourself, know your people, everybody is unique!

Your project methodology should be like a recipe book. Whenever new joiner come, refer & use the recipe book & apply the same.

55% of communication is coming from your body language in resolving approach. Never ever run away from conflict. Listen to people & resolve the conflict.

To become the Slut (which just go through whatever in front, langgar je semua benda) or become like Fox (agile), you decide.

2/3 of project problems are people related. Some people will never get along.. - very true! Sebab dah rasa..

Sesi petang trainer ada buat exercise - melukis! Setiap orang kena lukis apa yang digambarkan dalam minda sebagai conflict? Bila dah siap lukis, bagi kat trainer, then trainer distribute lukisan kita kat orang lain, dan siapa yang dapat lukisan kita kena explain apa yang dia faham what conflict yang cuba digambarkan dalam lukisan tersebut. Nak tahu saya lukis apa?

Tak sempat la plak nak snap gamba lukisan tu..sebab trainer bagi 5minit je untuk fikir dan lukis!

Saya lukis sebijik kereta with flat tyres - both - depan belakang. And the person yang dapat my drawing dapat explain dengan tepat apa yang saya cuba nak sampaikan. Great! Seronok rasa, macam-macam lukisan ada, hammer la, pelangi ada, gamba duit, gamba orang terjun bangunan pun ada! Dahsyatnya conflict yang digambarkan..huhu

I did learn a lot for the first day. Looking forward for the next session tomorrow & the day after tomorrow. Yes, 3 days of training - which actually focus untuk manager level, tapi untunglah macai macam saya ni diterima juga untuk belajar..hehe..Alhamdulillah!
