Terdetik nak tulis pasal entry ni lepas baca komen Koin kat entry lepas. seems that she didn't understand much on my working things. i believe mungkin ada juga reader/s blog ni yg tak pasti ape sebenarnyer yang tuan punya blog ni buat dlm hidup sehariannya kat Shah Alam sekarang nih. So, kat sini nak citer sket about my current life; kalo rase tak berminat nak tahu, tak payahla buang masa menghabiskan pembacaan anda pada entry kali ini okeh?
Okey, firstly, nk bagi tau, I am now currently can be considered as unemployed - because currently undergoing training to enhance my skills on one of specific area of computer programming, belom lagi bekerja. training to be a Java Programmer or Software Developer. sebelum ni dlm entry "Jodoh dengan TRAINING", ada kawan2 yg bagi komen congrat sbb dah dpt keje. thanxz to all of them yg wish. tapi nak explain kat sini, actually for me it is better to say that sebenarnya i'm still in the process of learning (TRAINING not WORKING), becoz belom 100% konfem akan bekerja dgn Scope International (M) Sdn. Bhd. I have option whether to work with that company after diz or I can withdraw to work for other company. If I choose to work with Scope, then there will be 2 years bond full-time employment.
I prefer to be called as 'student' rather than 'org yg dah bekerja'. sbb currently i didn't receive any salary or EPF or SOCSO. only monthly allowance - cukup2 utk sara diri sendiri. still didn't get stable source of money to live like org yg dah bekerja. belom lagi mampu nak hulur kat mak ayah duit belanja, belom lagi mampu nak tolong support adik2 yg masih belaja, belom lagi...
about my current training, there are 4 stages involve starting from:
1) selection process, then
2) 3 months training at SHRDC, followed by
3) 3-5 months on-the-job training (OJT) at company and then baru
4) full-time employment.
normally, INSEP trainee akan tahu dpt company apa yg dia bakal bekerja lepas complete the training, but in my case, I already know what company i will work for after completing this training - Scope International (M) Sdn. Bhd. sbb from the start Scope yg buat selection before hantar gi training kat SHRDC. senang cerita, actually Scope memang nak hire Software Developer utk dia punya International Software Centre Malaysia (ISCM), tapi i think diz company tak nak provide training utk fresh graduate, so dia outsource the training process kat SHRDC. advantage utk diz company sbb by outsourcing the training process, the company tak payah bayar gaji kat dia punya fresh employee sbb INSEP training fully sponsored by government. abes training, company expect the trainee can work like professional working adult, no more "nak buat apa, macam mana, tak pernah belaja, takde experience, tak tahu..bla..bla..".
